Gary’s Concessions is a family operated
business which began in 1978. We had participated in a street
festival which attracted about 35,000 people. Today the same
festival attracts close to 400,000 people.
Now
doing over 40 events a year, we travel many states participating
in events such as, Rib Cook Offs, Street Fairs, Ethnic Festivals,
National and City Events. Some of these events attract close
to ONE MILLION people.

Our
units are all clean and modern, self contained, and very attractive.
The units have been built to our specifications in order to
produce high volume.
We can serve a variety of items. However, our specialties are,
Fresh Onion Rings and Vegetables, French Fries, and Lemonade,
we use approximately 55,000 pounds of onions, 40,000 pounds
of potatoes, and loads of lemons. With our high buying power
we can pick quality produce to fit our specifications. |
